A Henryville man is arrested for his alleged involvement in a Kentucky robbery. 39-year-old Johnny Lee Gibson is accused of being involved in a robbery and home invasion in Henry County, Kentucky on May 2nd. He was arrested yesterday by a Kentucky State Police Detective. Gibson is charged with one county of robbery, burglary, and unlawful imprisonment. He is being held at the Clark County Jail, awaiting extradition to Kentucky. The investigation is still on-going.
Kentucky murder suspect caught in Indiana
A Louisville murder suspect on the run, is arrested in Indiana. The U-S Marshall's Fugitive Task Force picked up 21-year-old Davon Tooley yesterday in Indianapolis. Tooley fled after cutting off his ankle bracelet while on home incarceration. Tooley is charged in the 2006 shooting death of 19-year-old Jarrell Vitt. Tooley is behind bars in Indianapolis. He'll be brought back to Louisville to face charges.
